Class Schedule

Please call or email to reserve a spot in any class you’re interested in. Wilder Pilates reserves the right to change class times or schedule at any time and without notice. We will be happy to add more classes or times based on interest. We care about your fitness and safety, therefor you must have the instructors approval to join any reformer or equipment classes.

Tuesday        5:45am TRX | 9am Just Jumboard(30min) | 9:30am Fletcher Towelwork (30min)

Wednesday   9am Chair and Spine Corrector  | 6:30pm Reformer Circuit alternating

Thursday      5:45am TRX | 9am Jumpboard/Reformer  |  5:30pm Barre

Friday            9am Equipment Circuit

Saturday      8am TRX | 10am Reformer

Sunday          2pm Yoga (Every Other Sunday)
