Welcome to Wilder Pilates Studio
Wilder Pilates is a fully equipped boutique fitness studio specializing in Pilates. The studio is completely outfitted with Balanced Body, Peak Pilates and Gratz equipment. We offer personalized private sessions, semi-private sessions and small group classes. No matter what your health and fitness goals are, our experienced teachers are here to help you reach them in a balanced and enjoyable way.
Wilder Pilates offers a variety of workout and training classes, making it easy to find the perfect fit for your body’s needs. Private, semi-private, and group classes are available for Pilates instruction. We also offer group Yoga classes and Mat Pilates.
Group Equipment Classes
Sessions start the first week of the month. Some months have 4 or 5 weeks, so payment will change accordingly.
You may deduct sessions you know you will not be in class, however, once you have paid for the month you are committed to those classes. We are unable to forward credit to the next month. In the event that you find you cannot make a class after payment you may make up a class within the next 7-14 days in any other class, space allowing. Our instructors aim to provide a high quality of classes for regular attendees. Consistent regular attendance improves and increases the benefits of the work.
Karen Wilder is a full time Pilates instructor with extensive training and experience. Each class is conducted with attention to detail and a focus on improving the strength and flexibility of your body through the use of Pilates techniques. We keep our groups small so each student can benefit from personal instruction and attention from our fitness experts.
