I have been going to Wilder Pilates about 18 months and I love it. Karen is an amazing instructor! I was very nervous about starting pilates but Karen is so patient and kind. I never feel judged if I make a mistake or if I cannot do something. Karen gently works with me to make sure I am getting the most out of each lesson. The classes are small and I feel I get so much individual help but still have the fun of a group class. Highly recommend!

Karen is an excellent instructor! I had no prior experience with Pilates and opted for the introductory package of three private lessons. Karen was very patient with me and did a great job of showing me how to optimize my form to get the most out of the exercises.

Karen is a talented, bright and experienced Classic Pilates teacher and instructor. She provides a beautiful and clean and open sunny space with all the equipment required for any level. I found that working with her elevated my Pilates practice, with the routines, the mat and intermediate apparatus. She is kind and encouraging. An all around amazing experience.
