Patient and knowledgeable instructors. I have told them that out of every type of exercise I have done I dislike Pilates the least. I hate working out but they make it fun to go. I’m sold!!!!

You'll surprise yourself with what you are capable of doing. I highly recommend this studio if you want to be limber and stronger as you age. Karen is a talented, bright and experienced Classic Pilates teacher and instructor. She provides a beautiful and clean and open sunny space with all the equipment required for any level. I found that working with her elevated my Pilates practice, with the routines, the mat and intermediate apparatus. She is kind and encouraging. An all around amazing experience.
