Really enjoyed my 1-on-1 private lessons with Karen. I wanted to experience Pilates using equipment such as the Reformer and it did not disappoint. The studio and equipment are clean and very well maintained. Karen did a wonderful job at getting me to use my 'powerhouse' to move the Reformer instead of my natural tendency to use my legs. The lessons were very informational, but definitely received a workout but flew by quickly. Karen did fantastic at explaining what I should be feeling and/or giving a great analogy for me to comprehend the exercise and perform correctly and she was extremely welcoming and encouraging.

Wilder Pilates is a great place to get a great pilates workout. You get a full body workout.

Patient and knowledgeable instructors. I have told them that out of every type of exercise I have done I dislike Pilates the least. I hate working out but they make it fun to go. I’m sold!!!!

I've been going to Wilder Pilates for nearly 6 years and have loved every minute. Karen is an amazing instructor and knows exactly how to help you do the moves correctly. You'll surprise yourself with what you are capable of doing. I highly recommend this studio if you want to be limber and stronger as you age. Pilates has helped me in so many ways and is so worth it.

Karen is a talented, bright and experienced Classic Pilates teacher and instructor. She provides a beautiful and clean and open sunny space with all the equipment required for any level. I found that working with her elevated my Pilates practice, with the routines, the mat and intermediate apparatus. She is kind and encouraging. An all around amazing experience.
