You'll surprise yourself with what you are capable of doing. I highly recommend this studio if you want to be limber and stronger as you age. Really enjoyed my 1-on-1 private lessons with Karen. I wanted to experience Pilates using equipment such as the Reformer and it did not disappoint. The studio and equipment are clean and very well maintained. Karen did a wonderful job at getting me to use my 'powerhouse' to move the Reformer instead of my natural tendency to use my legs. The lessons were very informational, but definitely received a workout but flew by quickly. Karen did fantastic at explaining what I should be feeling and/or giving a great analogy for me to comprehend the exercise and perform correctly and she was extremely welcoming and encouraging.

I am completely new at Pilates and Wilder Pilates has been the perfect place to start! Karen is a great teacher ensuring my technique and form are correct as I slowly learn!!
