Patient and knowledgeable instructors. I have told them that out of every type of exercise I have done I dislike Pilates the least. I hate working out but they make it fun to go. I’m sold!!!!

I’ve been going to Wilder Pilates for over two years when you do Ramos’s Pilates you can literally enter any studio around the world and they’ll be around the same equipment and doing the same exercise exercises. The consistency is part of the reason why classical Pilates has been around for 100 years. Karen Wilder is a Roman certified Pilates instructor and I highly recommend her studio and her fellow instructors.
